Friendly couple with a son living in two story house with a big backyard, beautiful garden, two friendly dogs with basic gym equipment at home. Preferably looking to rent a room for a student for a longer term stay (around a semester in the academic university calendar)

Your guests are welcome however no overnight stays. Please give notice if you plan to arrive home late. Make sure to clean up after yourself such as the kitchen and dining area as well as the toilet and bathroom.
