Overview
The house is a cozy 4 bedroom home. There is a single room available that is great for a student or casual guest. This room has a lot of built in wardrobes plus it is large enough for 2 beds, So it can comfortably accomodate 2 people. Please note that the standard booking is for a single guest. However if you wish to book for 2, we can add an extra single bed, and the addional fee is only half of the single rate. My job involves multi-media work, promotional video reels, print media designs etc. Much of my work is done in my work station at my office located in the garage.

Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance (bank details below) of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% deposit is paid to Homestay.com) Cancellation Policy: At least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.
