Hi. I have a large spare room available in a quite house in firhouse. It's very close to the institute of technology, tallaght, Dublin, and it's also on the 175 bus route to u.c.d. The house is currently occupied by myself and a young Irish student/professional lady.
House Rules
No smoking but e cig/vape is ok. Rubbish must be removed from rooms weekly. Room is for single occupancy only. At night time hours, guests must be extremely quiet in respect for our neighbors. Thank you. Check in time as agreed. Check out times 12 noon
