Finca in the center of the Island of Cozumel
Overview
We are located in the emblematic center of the Island of Cozumel, Quintana Roo. Near the arrival of the ferry, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and local markets. We are also a few meters from the public beach and 10 minutes from private beaches. The Finca has 6 rooms with constant movement of guests but the privacy of each one is unbeatable. We have a small pool, space for sunbathing, a smoking area, a huge parking lot for bicycles, cars or motorcycles The common area is shared and is the living room, dining room, kitchen, pool, smoking area, patio and parking. The atmosphere is very quiet and quiet and usually there are two people to check that the hosts are comfortable.
House Rules
The rules are simple: Respect the food of others, keep the common areas clean, allow them to do the cleaning, not drugs, not alcohol, not parties. The use of the pool is restricted until 11 pm, respect the parking places, do not use the towels of the house for the beach, respect the staff of the house and sign the regulations on arrival.
