Thank you for your interest in our homestay. Our minimalist Filipino Heritage:Vagabond homestay is a charming bamboo home designed for couples or small families of up to three. Located in Sitio Indonacion, it offers a genuine Filipino experience with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Guests can enjoy free breakfast and WiFi, and will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in local culture by using our traditional tabay for water and sharing the family bathroom, just like in a typical Filipino household. We pride ourselves on fostering a sense of kapwa—connection, culture, and community—so you can expect friendly interactions with our family and a truly authentic island experience. House Rules
Dear Lovely Guest, Welcome to our homestay! To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please kindly observe the following house rules: Homestay Rules No Alcohol Inside: To maintain a healthy and peaceful environment, alcohol consumption is not permitted inside the homestay. No Illegal Substances: We strictly prohibit the use or possession of illegal substances. Please be informed of the law under REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9165 (June 7, 2002). No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the premises. Violations may result in a fine between ₱5,000 and ₱10,000 for third and subsequent offenses. Respect the Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors and maintain a friendly, respectful atmosphere. Curfew: Kindly observe the curfew to ensure your safety and the comfort of everyone. Keep Your Room Clean: Maintain cleanliness in your personal space and dispose of trash properly. Politeness: Be courteous and respectful to our staff and fellow guests at all times. Family Suggestions & Comments: We welcome your suggestions and comments to help us improve. Please share them kindly and respectfully. Respectful Behavior: We do not tolerate disrespectful or disruptive behavior. Kindness and consideration are always appreciated. Fire Safety: To prevent fire hazards, please keep the kitchen fire off when not in use, turn off sockets when not in use, and avoid over-heating fans and lights. Always turn off lights and fans when leaving the house. Responsibility for Belongings: We are not responsible for lost belongings. Guests are kindly asked to be responsible for their personal items. Always lock your bags and doors when leaving the house to enjoy the island safely. Personal Safety & Health: Please be mindful of what you eat and drink to avoid sickness, as the hospital is not nearby—this is part of the island adventure. We recommend bringing basic medicines during your travel. Kids are also at home, so please be considerate of noise levels and shared space usage. Treat our home as your own, with care and respect.
