Overview
I have a safe, clean room for rent close to Thompson Rivers University - TRU - The home is fully equipped with a home security system (CCTV) for added security and safety. (The room is clean with a brand new queen-sized bedroom suite and rug with the use of the living room just outside the bedroom door. We are a quiet family with 2 school-aged children. We will offer the room to a quiet responsible university student. High-speed WI-FI included. The home is located 10 minutes from the university and is on the bus route, there are all amenities within walking distance to the house along with city parks.
House Rules
No drinking, partying, or late nights in and out of the house. This room is for a clean, responsible university student to share the home with their host family. There are no drugs of any kind permitted. Common sense should apply. Discounts for long-term stay students. Please contact me for more details.
