House Rules – English Quiet Environment We value a calm and peaceful environment, especially at night. We ask for respect regarding the volume of conversations, calls, and electronic devices. Visitors No visits or overnight stays by outsiders are permitted without prior authorization. Common Areas You may use the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. After use, please keep everything clean and organized for the next guest. Pets We have two very docile cats. Unfortunately, we do not accept other pets. Smoking The house is 100% smoke-free, including on balconies and windows. House Rules – English Quiet Environment We value a calm and quiet home, especially in the evenings. Please keep noise levels low (voice, phone calls, electronic devices). Visitors No external guests or sleepovers allowed unless previously agreed. Shared Areas You may use the kitchen, living room and bathroom. Please leave everything clean and tidy after use. Pets We have two gentle cats. Unfortunately, no additional pets are allowed. Tuxedo This is a non-smoking home — smoking is not permitted indoors or near windows.
