I am Nihat. Turkish-American. born and raised in İstanbul. House is very clean with a full eat-in kitchen. you can take your laptop and relax in the kitchen. you can use the dining room area as well. House is very quiet. I am trying to keep my place clean for all of us. I am social. I am in İnt. Trade Business ( Broker ). My Place is Peaceful and centrally located. You can easily access to Taksim, old city and many more places in İstanbul. we are located 5 mnts. walk to Metro and Metrobus stations

---House Rules--- --please no slamming doors. --please try not to disturb our neighbors (eg, don't knock on their door or ring the bell to get in). --No smoking allowed. --Please respect the noise and tone curfew Between 11 pm - 8.30 Am (phone calls, late night talking, Etc. ( Bring some headphones if you like to watch movies or listen to music late.) --Please No Laundry Before 9:00 Am after 9:00 PM --Please no cooking after 9Pm / no Heavy spicy cooking --We are asking our guests to refrain from bringing friends or family whose names aren’t stated in the reservation. CHECK-İN: After 2 pm / Before 12 AM CHECK-OUT: 11 AM //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Please note : We do not have access to your information on Homestay but we do, by law, require ID details to register you upon your arrival. ( Copy Of Your passport ) (The majority of guests seem to not understand is that Homestay does not provide any personal information of the guest to the host. Hosts DO NOT get a copy of the guest's verified id. Hosts DO NOT receive any credit card info of the guests. ) We require the following information from all guests,, - full last name and first name - home address - date of birth - nationality - passport number - Date of İssue - Date Of Expiry We Have the right and the obligation to verify the passport and to check the number with the original document. I don't provide Breakfast but there are many options out there all within walking distance. there ıs one homemade food restaurant where you can have lunch or dınenr for under 6 USD.
