I'm Saif, hailing from India, and I've been living in Tokyo for over 4 years now. I'm a friendly, easy-going person who loves meeting new folks and delving into the unknown. As mentioned, I reside in the residential area of Shinjuku, and here are some highlights about my place: 1) A mere 10-minute stroll from Nishi Shinjuku Station and Nakano-Sakaue Station (Marunouchi Line) 2) A 13-minute walk from Shin Okubo Station (JR Yamanote Line) 3) A 20-minute walk from Shinjuku Station 4) A jogging track along the riverside just 2 minutes away 5) A large supermarket and drug store within a 5-minute walking distance 6) While I'm usually quite busy, but if there is a chance you can enjoy my homemade food on weekends or holidays. 7) Let's exchange travel stories and experiences, and enjoy good companionship. 8) I'm considerate of special requests whenever possible. House Rules
Weekdays: Check-in: Before 9:00 am or after 20:00 at night (negotiable) Check-out: Before 9:00 am (Note: Weekends are flexible) Please be mindful of the residential nature of the neighborhood, especially at night. Light meals are available, including milk, cereals, eggs, bread, and light cooking facilities. One humble request: No pork inside the home.
