It's bright and airy with an outdoor deck. The home is located on a quiet safe road / village. Terenure is located 3 km from City center with many bus routes to all City Universities & Colleges and a new service to Dublin Airport less than 10 minute walk away.. There are lovely Parks, Shops & cafes locally and only 15 mins by bus to City. Our house suits those studying or working and would like a quiet private comfortable place to live.
House Rules
Guests only permitted to stay overnight..Room may suit single or couple. Usual house rules apply. No Loud music & TV at night time. Keeping the space clean & tidy, emptying rubbish & food waste into bins. Guests are welcome to relax/study on private deck.
