Farmhouse in the country, surrounded by a 300 acre cattle farm (zero smell) on two sides, beautiful views, lots of mature trees on the property, very park-like. 1800 sq/ ft. house, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a large covered porch on 2 sides with rocking chairs to relax and enjoy the view while having a cup of coffee or sweet tea. Bedroom is a downstairs bedroom, the only bedroom downstairs and is very private.
