Overview
I live in a very nice and spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains. The apartment has all the amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi. The living and dining room is spacious, and the bedrooms, as well as the bathrooms, are large and comfortable. Located in a quiet and safe area of Las Condes, this residential neighborhood offers excellent connectivity. It is just a few blocks from the Costanera Center and close to several shopping centers, plazas, bike paths, and sports areas. The subway is three blocks away, and public transportation is available 24 hours a day. Conditions for long stays (more than 30 days): Advance reservation: A one-month advance payment is required, which is paid towards the total price of the stay and must be made via bank transfer. Payment method: Payment for the stay is divided into monthly installments, distributing the total amount over the months of the stay. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel, you must give one month's notice. If you cancel before this deadline without prior notice, the security deposit will be charged. Security Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to one month's stay is required, which will be returned at the end of the stay, provided there is no damage to the apartment.
House Rules
Keep noise to a minimum when you arrive late at night. Enjoy your independence and your space; when it comes naturally, we'll share happy moments without pressure or stress. Make sure you lock the front door properly to keep the house safe. Be careful with your electricity, water, and gas usage, and try to take moderate showers. Leave common areas tidy after use; wash and put away any dishes you use. Feel at home with us as if you were at home, with respect, care, and good energy.
