A 1st-month advance payment is required 5 days before arrival. Cancellation policy. 100% refund if cancelled before 5 days prior/ before. 87% refund after 5 days. On the date of arrival, 60% will be refunded if cancelled. Each payment can be made in cash or through Paypal, depending on your choice.
