Family lover of good food
Overview
We live in a central area of São Paulo, we have 1 room for home stay. My 30 year old son and his fiancée lives, we have dogs that have a lot of fun. Our house is divided into two, very spacious, in the front has a company and in the back we have a room we are renting for students or visitors from other countries, the back house has living room with cable TV, 50 mega internet with wifi , Kitchen and laundry that can be shared by guests. One bedroom with double bed and closet. The street is quiet and we have a night watchman. Nearby there are trade areas (Lins de Vasconcelos and Largo do Cambuci) and there are bus stops that take you everywhere in the city.
House Rules
The noise should be minimal after midnight, smoking indoors, there are specific places smoking is not allowed.
