We live in the city of Bogotá. In our house you will find all the facilities of a home (washing machine, microwave, television, stove, utensils for the kitchen, refrigerator and others). Our house is a cozy place and is close to the center of the city - We live in Bogota. In our house you will find all kinds of things to normal house has (microwave, T.V, oven, fridge, washing machine and all kitchen utensils). You can use all of them. Our home is a cozy place where you can relax. We respect your privacy and provide help when you need it.
House Rules
HOME IS NOT A PLACE, IT’S A FEELING PLEASE, HELP US TO KEEP OUR HOME THE COMFIEST PLACE IT CAN BE. This property is managed by someone who is not engaged in this activity as a business, commercial transaction and/or profession. Next, these are the co-habitation rules: • Payment is made on the day of arrival in the local currency. • You will be charged in the local currency in case of causing any damage in the room or in the common area that you will occupy • Please make moderate and rational use of the furniture in the room, kitchen, and common areas. • When leaving the building, and the apartment, the doors must be locked (obviously safety & security are our concern). The two small exit and entrance doors of the building must always be double locked. • Make responsible use of the utilities. Therefore, be sure to leave the bathroom/kitchen water taps properly closed and turn off the lights if you are not using them. • Pets are only allowed if notified at the time of making your reservation. • Your bed sheets will be changed every (8) days, for this reason they will be given to you so that you can change & deliver back the ones you have already used. • It is not allowed to smoke inside the house, nor to use electronic cigarettes. • If you are animal lover, Alika, our pet and you will fall in love with her, but please don't give her normal food. If you want to feed her, please use only dog food from her (nuggets). • It is not allowed to let additional people sleep in the room that you occupy. You can have a visit over but please let us know in advance. • Please, in long stays (one month), you must take out your trash every Tuesday and/or Thursday at 6:30 PM. • It is not allowed to celebrate parties or private events that have not been considered at the time of your reservation. • The safety & security equipment of this property includes options such as a fire extinguisher (fourth floor) and a small first aid kit. • You can use the kitchen. Please clean the dishes and pots after using them. Check-in & Check-out We are flexible. However, it is necessary to communicate clearly and in advance the departure time to deliver the keys of the house. It is not allowed to check out and leave the doors of the house open or take the keys with you. Leave us a review on Homestay! Please leave us a review on the website.
