Overview
Family house, located just 5 km from the Central Park of Antigua Guatemala. We await you in a beautiful rural environment, where the tranquility and purity of nature mix with all the comforts of modern life. Our family includes small pets. The facilities are clean and safe, where you can relax and enjoy your stay. Rooms on the second level, each furnished for one person. All have shared access to equipped kitchen, laundry and parking.
House Rules
INTERNAL RULES OF THE HOUSE We love living with educated, responsible and respectful people. Who wish to stay in the quiet environment, with good customs and familiar that we offer. NOT RENT FOR PARTIES 1. We do not admit people who consume illegal substances, alcohol in excess, or who carry weapons 2. The guest must behave with decency and morality within the establishment. 3. When finished using the common areas, the guest must keep them clean and tidy 4. You may have a SHORT visit during daylight hours only. But your visit must leave before 6pm. 5. For no reason can anyone from outside the house sleep over. 6. After 10 p.m., any activity that causes disturbance to the rest of the other guests must be suspended
