Family home very spacious and comfy
Overview
We are a family of 4, but nowadays only my husband (a medical doctor) and me (a translator) live in the house, our age group is between 69 and 80, we have a quite big house in the outskirts of the University Town of Padua, our house is 5 to 6 km from the town center and is connected by a bus to the the town. The bus stop is very close. We have a house with many bedrooms, one bathroom for our guests and one big living room. The kitchen is not very big so we have to take turns. We have two pets in the house, a cat and a small friendly dog and also three chickens and two ducks: they are in the garden. International University students are welcome, I can make me understood in several languages and can master English. Our aim is to find tidy and quiet students who can stay from 3 to 30 days in our house. It may be possible also to extend. We are very quiet and do not like caos around us. Our house is good to concentrate on your study. Each room is equipped with AC and also this room in particular. I'm available to answer your question and also during your staying you can question me until 9.30 pm. There are a few rules to follow: like being tidy, leave common areas clean, silence time between 10pm and 7am. Not shoes in the house. For other specific things you'll question me on arrival.
House Rules
Keep your room and common areas (especially the bathroom and kitchen) clean and tidy. Love pets. Do not use shoes in the house. Silence time from 10pm to 7 am. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please keep our home secure and close doors and windows when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. We must agree the time. No pets are allowed inside since our pets could be upset. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home and feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Please keep quiet after 10 pm. Other specific rules will be said on arrival. Guest should pay by bank transfer when they book to my bank account, in advance. Once you chosen the place you cannot cancel. So it's better to ask questions before booking.
