We are renting out two rooms to a working professional or student. A couple with a 10yr old boy and 2 very friendly dogs live in the house. One person per room only. Equipped with Wifi, ensuite bathroom, bed, desk, office chair, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, kettle, TV with Netflix, Disney+, etc. Washer and dryer in the house. All utilities included. Central heating and A/C. Street parking permitted. No smoking, no pets and no visitors. No meals offered No suitable for people working from home. Available from Aug - Dec 2024.
