Family home in a residential area
Overview
Family home of 600 sq mt located in one of the finest areas of Lima, La Planicie, La Molina district, , close to tennis court and a Golf Club. Our home owns indoors and outdoors gardens, pool, gym, BBQ and a small basquetball court. The guest room can accomodate up to two persons. has a private bathroom with tube. Our house is only 3 years old. The guest can access to our spacious dinning room, kitchen with dining area, living room, and sala estar, as well as, t the laundry area. We are a family comprised of 4, two children of 16 and 11 years old and a lovely pet, a Westhighland White Terrier dog.
House Rules
Due our house is in a condo, you should keep noise to a minimun after 23:00 hr. Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean uo after. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance. Please enjoy your stay and treat our home as you would your own home!
