Overview
We live in an apartment well located 5 minutes from the metro, with supermarkets, bakeries and shopping very nearby! We have a kitchen and cozy living room and dining plus a large balcony entitled to lemon and jabuticabeira, we have 2 rooms and a suite. The street although well located is quiet, and the vestment is on 22 floor which gives a good overview of the city.
House Rules
Time to excessive noise between 9pm and 08am to not disturb the neighbors, keep our home organized and in good condition! No smoking inside the apartment. In visitors allowed.
