Family adept sustainability
Overview
I live in an apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood in the North Zone of São Paulo. Close to the subway, it's a 7-minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet and has bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, all very close to home. I live alone and travel a lot. So most of the time the apartment is entirely available. I speak several languages and I like to exchange knowledge with people from other places! I am a fan of healthy eating and I do my best for a sustainable and ecologically responsible life. We have a parking space that we can make available for a symbolic price.
House Rules
Smoking inside the house is not allowed. There is a downstairs area where smoking is permitted. Feel free to use the kitchen for small meals, but clean it after use. Keep noise to a minimum after 22:00. Enjoy your stay and treat our home as you would treat your own home!
