Fabulous Homestay In Victoria
Overview
We have been providing great homestay experiences for several years, mostly to travelers from Japan, Korea, China and Latin America, we are open to other cultures too. We enjoy meeting people from different cultures and sharing our perspectives We are a family of five with three grown-up children attending College. We have visited several countries, in North America, South America Europe and Middle east, We love to visit different places and go sightseeing. My wife loves to cook and I'm a tennis fan. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood with very good access to buses. We have several schools at walking distance as same as big shopping center and recreational area. We are close to colleges and universities like Camosun and UVic. Due to COVID we stop providing towels and linens so please consider bringing your own. We are very friendly. House Rules
No drugs or alcohol allowed in the house. No smoking in the house, but smoking outside is OK if it is not close to the house. Quiet time is after 10 PM. One laundry per week. Guest needs to follow instructions on how to use appliances Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 10% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (after the 15% booking fee is paid to Homestay.com). Please use Paypal as the payment method. Thanks Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.

Located in the main floor. It is very luminous. Windows facing the front of the house. Large with full closet and fits a desk. Full bathroom just steps away. Good heating and Wi-Fi speed and coverage. Just renovated
