Quiet hours: Quiet time is from 11 PM to 8 AM to ensure everyone can rest peacefully. 3. No smoking: Smoking tobacco products is not allowed inside the apartment. You may use vape in the house or smoke outside on the balcony if needed. 4. pets: We can accommodate our lovely friends. 5. Visitors: Visitors are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance. 6. Kitchen use: Light cooking (like breakfast, tea, coffee) is allowed. Please clean up after yourself. 7. Bathroom use: Please leave the bathroom clean after use. Shared respectfully with other residents. 8. Security: Always lock the main door when leaving the apartment. 9. Respect shared spaces: The living room and bathroom are shared; please respect other people’s space and privacy. 10. Special Services: Airport pickup, drop-off, and beach trips are available for an extra fee — please arrange with me directly! 11.
