Experienced host family
Overview
We live in a convenient in - City location! We are a friendly family who enjoys hosting visitors from around the world. We are a mom and dad with two grown daughters who are frequent visitors. We have been lucky enough to host intrernational students for over 20 years! We currently have 1 fabulous girl from Columbia attending ESL Language school and have a private room available for one more. Our home has 5 bedrooms and 2 baths on two spacious levels, so there's plenty of room for everyone. Rent includes breakfast and dinner, laundry, and high speed Comcast internet. We have 2 small, gentle dogs which our students love. We cook healthy family dinners 6 nights per week that we enjoy sharing with our students. Our hobbies inlcude art, sports, music, and international travel. We're located in north Seattle with easy bus access to the University of Washington, Kaplan, or downtown Seattle. House Rules
We are easy going and friendly therefore our rules are pretty minimal. Quiet time after 10:00 at night, no overnight guests, keeping the home clean and tidy, and good communication are our main expectations. We encourage guests to discuss anything with us; we're here to help.
