Exclusive Landed Room for Rent
Overview
You’ll live with a friendly family of three - mum, dad, and our adult daughter, all working full-time. Our home is peaceful and quiet, and we value a clean and respectful living environment. We’d love to welcome someone who shares similar values and enjoys a calm space to unwind. Internet provided, as well as common utilities (e.g., oven, fridge, washing machine, dryer). There is an ensuite bathroom and it is fully furnished with a bed, large closet space and a study table. We are only able to do a lease of 3 months or more according to Singapore law. You will also be required to sign a lease by law. Meals are self-catered, but we’re happy to discuss options. Dinner is the most likely meal we can share.
House Rules
- No parties - No heavy drinking - Quiet time after 10 PM (we all work full-time) - Guests are welcome, but please let us know in advance - Keep shared spaces clean and tidy - No smoking (inside or outside) - Please clean up after using the kitchen and bathroom - Laundry facilities are available, just check with us before using - Be mindful of energy and water usage

Spacious, light-filled upstairs room with ensuite, built-in wardrobe, aircon, and desk. My old room - renting it while I study overseas. Fully furnished, quiet home. Can fit up to 2 guests. Peaceful, clean space perfect for rest or study.
