Exclusive accommodation in La Molina
Overview
A room for rent in a duplex apartment with views of the pool and main entrance. It is located on the third floor within a condominium with an elevator. The guest will have access to: - Reception room - Gym - Pool. It is located in the La Molina district in a residential area, one block from the USIL and next to the IBM building, close to the faculties of San Martín University, University of Lima and ISIL. The apartment is currently only inhabited by a woman and her son who can communicate in the English language.
House Rules
1) Do not receive visitors inside the apartment, in which case the condominium has an area to receive visitors. Nor is it allowed for a guest of the guest to spend the night inside the apartment. 2) Do not listen to music at high volume that is heard in other areas of the apartment. 3) The hot spring will be on for a maximum of 6 hours. 4) It is not allowed to enter the condominium while intoxicated or under the influence of any narcotic drug. 5) If any kitchen utensils are used, they must be returned to their original place properly clean. Payment must be made in cash in advance.
