The house is located in an eco friendly environment although it's in the middle of a busy city. The house is purpose built to make tourists relax peacefully and chill. The house is also located among great tourist friendly American, Chinese, Indian and Sri Lankan restaurants, hotels and also has shopping malls, cloth stores, supermarkets, hospitals, churches, temples, entertainment clubs all as in walking distance. Specially the house is located near to the beach which is 1 minute walk from the home. And also located very closer to public transports. It's very easy to get around Colombo City.
House Rules
No parties accepted when other guests are in the house. Parties can be hosted but all rooms should be booked by the party hoster. DJ, Night Clubs are not accepted to have because the house is surrounded by residential neighbors.
