Overview
My House is located at the beach in the beautiful town of San Juan del Sur at just 50 mts from the Ocean, in a very convenient central location and in just 5 minutes you can reach Supermarket, Convenience Stores, Restaurants, Bars etc. The place has 7 Rooms with its own private Bathroom. There are common areas, a Dinning Room, fully equipped Kitchen and Laundry Room. In total there are about 250 mts2 of living space.
House Rules
All Guest must keep the place clean. The Kitchen can be used but Guest must wash all the appliances and dishes after finishing using them. Try to keep quiet after 10 pm during weekdays to let the others rest. No drugs are in the property allowed.
