Overview
This is a 03 bedroom apartment offered as a complete unit, situated on the ground floor of our bungalow which is located in a posh locality; Nagally Hills Colony, Dona Paula. It is equipped with all modern amenities, cooking facilities/utensils, parking space, privacy, a lawn and more. Guests have the advantage of a central location i.e. between South & North Goa & near the Capital city Panaji, Miramar Beach, Dona Paula Jetty etc. My wife Carol and myself live on the first floor with our Cocker Spaniel TJ. Should you not like dogs, our TJ will not interfere or enter the rented area.
House Rules
Families preferred. Take care of the property, furniture, fittings, equipment etc as you would treat your own place since it's built to be a home and not for commercial reasons. Hence all the furniture and equipment are of the best quality. The place will be handed to you cleaned and neat with fresh linen and towels. If you would like housekeeping to be done everyday (Sweeping, Mopping and Washing Utensils) then there will be an extra fee of INR 400 / day payable in cash to the houseboy. Before checking out please ensure that the place, kitchen appliances, dishes etc etc are cleaned and kept. If you desire housekeeping services for this, it can be provided for INR 400/-.

The Master Bedroom has a Super King Sized Bed & Antique Lounger (Extra Bed). Its 338 square feet including toilet & bath, and its bay window faces the lawn.
