Transport and Amenities all close by. I live in the property. The available space is a loft Apartment suitable for 2 guests, with private en suite bathroom and skylight. There is an extra room beside the bedroom where you can take your breakfast or have a snack, relax and use as you wish. ----Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% deposit is paid to Homestay.com) ----Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.”
House Rules
Guests can smoke in the kitchen or garden. And cooking is light snacks etc.
