Overview
Relax in a comfortable space after a day in the city! A charming 1970’s ranch-style home with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, private office, kitchen, dining room, sitting room, and den. Located in a quiet neighborhood just over the Charles county line, our home offers a place to unwind after a long day. Enjoy a bath or hot shower in your private bathroom, a movie in bed, or cozy up with one of our friendly pups for some fur-baby cuddles! We are perfectly situated with easy access to either DC or Baltimore, with a Metro stop (& Andrews AFB) 20 minutes away. All three of the local airports are within one hour's drive time. This is our family home, and both of us work from home. We will have limited interaction while you are here unless there is something pressing or needed. If you are out and about and need to contact us, please do so as we are quick to respond. Our dogs will be interested in you initially, but are much happier snuggled up on the couch or enjoying the fenced in backyard. Do not be surprised if they greet you first! House Rules
Checkin is 3pm-7pm. Checkout is noon. Quiet hours 11pm-7am STRICTLY ENFORCED. Free on street parking available. No pets allowed (ADA working animals excepted). No guests under the age of 21. Guests afraid of dogs should find other accommodations. Kitchen available upon request. Laundry room available upon request. Water usage must be considerate of others in the house. 25% deposit must be paid to secure dates. Deposit is non-refundable. Entirety of stay lasts no longer than 10 days; back to back stays are not allowed. Unauthorized guests will be removed from the property and a fine will be charged. Parties of any size are not allowed. Photography and video are not allowed. Guests who fail to follow these rules (and any other printed or verbal rules given while at the home) will be removed from the property and no refund will be given.
