Overview
5-bedded semi-detached house, family of 4 Newly-furnished double room with attached bathroom available to rent. * FEMALES ONLY* I do take a small deposit that the guest can check with the host. If saying example, if they have to pay 1750, I will ask them to pay 1000 in their 1st week (depending on their convenience) and 1000 in the following month and will give back 250 on the day they leave. So it can be different with everybody. Mostly the deposit is between 100-250 euro for short stay. Long stay deposit will be different.
House Rules
1. Smoking not allowed indoors. 2. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. 3. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. 4. No pets allowed inside. 5. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. 6. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. 7. Please do tidy the bedroom and bathroom attached on a regular basis
