Empty Nesters!
Overview
We have three floors. My husband and I stay on the ground floor and rent out the 1st and 2nd floor to visiting guests. The 1st floor has three bedrooms with two bathrooms, a big balcony, washing machine, microwave, fridge, toaster, gas stove, electric kettle. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small balcony. The kitchen has all amenities and cutlery for use. All guests have access to the terrace from where you can see fantastic views of Mussoorie in the night and daytime views of the surrounding foothills of the Himalayas. The grocery and general merchant shops are for just a minutes walk away. The biggest mall in Dehradun (Pacific Mall) is just a 4 minute drive and is also walkable in 15 minutes. Small cafes are also in very close proximity. 24/7 provisional store is adjacent to our house. Also a in-house staff is available for sweeping and swabbing the apartment and for any other help you need with anything. Internet is available on both floors along with 4K flat screen televisions. Don't be surprised if you are offered free meals at our discretion! Come fill the empty nests!!
