The suite at Look Out Valley area, offers a comfortable living arrangement within a single-family home. The available space includes large spacious area with a queen size bed, full couch, desk & chair, two chairs to sit & read, kitchenette, and 1 private bathroom, encompassing approximately 700 square feet. The suite features central air conditioning, a mini refrigerator, stove top, a smart TV, a private back patio/carport, and grill. The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch and chairs, providing a cozy environment for relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with essential cooking amenities, and table. Hardwood flooring throughout the suite adds a touch of elegance. The suite is conveniently located near downtown Chattanooga, with easy access to dining options, entertainment, and educational institutions.
House Rules
General House Rules Check-in & Check-out: Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance. Quiet Hours Maintain quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 AM Be respectful of neighbors and other guests. No Parties or Events Unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No Smoking or Vaping inside the suite (outside only) No Drugs anywhere in or outside of the property Smoking is not allowed inside the home. A designated smoking area may be provided outside. Pets: Small house-trained dog Allowed for additional fee. Property Use & Safety: Kitchenette & Cooking: Guests are welcome to use the kitchenette, and outside grill. Do not leave appliances (stove, oven, etc.) unattended while in use. Please keep common areas tidy: If trash fills up, please place it in bins under the first carport at side of the house Report any spills or damages immediately. Always lock the doors when leaving the property. Do not share access codes or keys with others. Appliance & Utility Use: Turn off lights and heater when leaving to conserve energy. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Damage & Liability: Any damages to property or lost items will be the guest’s responsibility. Report any issues as soon as possible.
