Overview
Hi! My husband and I are in our 40s and are longtime highly successful Hosts and Landlords. We are educators who believe in lifelong learning and meeting new people. We love travelling, watching movies, exploring new foods, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and playing with our sweet senior cat. We live in a large planned community that offers parks, bike access,and nature trails, close to restaurants and stores, all in a safe and welcoming neighbourhood. Our home sits on a corner lot with tons of street parking. Just 1 block away from a beautifully well-manicured park. Close to several major cross streets and a short drive to several major freeways. We live on-site. We have an elderly cat who lays on the couch in his bed all day. Our home is quiet and peaceful.
House Rules
We understand everyone keeps different schedules; however, we have quiet hours from 10pm to 7am for those who get up early for work. All outside doors are to remain closed and locked always, as we have an elderly kitty who lives on-site with us. The kitchen laundry room, formal and informal dining, and downstairs living rooms are all shared spaces that you are welcome to use. We provide pots, pans, utensils, dishware, and other items if you would like to do some light cooking. Shared refrigerator space and your own dedicated large cabinet shelf are available for your use.
