Edinburgh city a short bus
Overview
We live in a 4 bedroomed home 3.4 miles from the City Centre (West End). We have a friendly dog. You have private use of a separate bathroom towels are provided. The kitchen is available only for teas, coffees. Meals can be arranged at an extra cost. All meals are eaten in the kitchen or dining area. Laundry facilities are available. Bedding is provided. The house is a short bus trip into town there is a regular bus service the bus stop is 2 minutes away, it takes between 30-40 minutes to reach the centre on the bus. There is an airport bus stop within walking distance. The house is situated in a beautiful part of the city close to fabulous walks- the summit of Braid Hill is less than 10-15 mins away. The room is available for single occupancy, and for students only. We don’t let the room to families or couples. We require 1 week notice before arrival and in addition evidence of school enrolment and course dates.
House Rules
This homestay is for study visits only and those who are 18 years or older. This is not self catering - meals can be provided where agreed. Meals are eaten in the kitchen or dining area. Alcohol is prohibited. It is a quite household, therefore use of facilites like the shower should be between 6am and 11pm. Sensible and usual rules you'd expect , e.g. turn the lights off when you leave the room.
