WE HAVE A SOLAR PANEL SYSTEM, so there's no problem with electricity or power outages. The house is located on the road to Hotel La Ermita, just an 8-minute walk from the town center. It is independent and has 2 rooms for rent, one inside the house and the other independent and with the same amenities. WI-FI INTERNET SERVICE is provided. The porch has two comfortable rocking chairs. Inside the house, there's a TV, a dining area, and a kitchen. - ROOM 1: Located inside the house, it is 9 m² and can accommodate 4 guests. It has 2 double beds and a wall fan. It is well ventilated thanks to the wooden ceiling and is lit all day. It is also air-conditioned. It also has a private bathroom and hot and cold water 24 hours a day. - ROOM 2: Private with separate entrance, private bathroom and 24-hour hot and cold water service, balcony and garden view. It has a garden with various flowers and a backyard with fruit trees: mango, mandarin, guava, orange, coffee, coconut, and mamey. SERVICES OFFERED AT THE HOUSE - HOMEMADE BREAKFASTS (FRUIT, NATURAL GAMES, BREAD, COFFEE, etc.) - Horseback riding, hiking, or bicycle rentals. - Taxi service to and from any destination (pick-up and drop-off directly at the airport). - Day trip to Cayo Jutias Beach. Important: Regarding the included breakfast, only fruit and coffee are served, and the full breakfast has a different price. At the house, we'll explain in detail what you'll see on your tours of the Valley (where you can visit a tobacco farm and learn firsthand the entire tobacco cultivation process, learn how to roll tobacco, and smoke an authentic cigar if you wish. You can also visit coffee plantations, a lake, and a viewpoint along the way). Among other options, you can also take trips to the beach (cheap or by bus) and all the other options you might need without any problem. We have FREE PARKING next to the house, although there are other optional spots nearby to park your car safely. Guests who enjoy climbing are always welcome, as Viñales has specialized staff with equipment to visit the most beautiful landscapes from above. If you bring your own equipment, you only need a guide to show you around, and you can do it on your own. What can you do besides relax? Also, if you want to feel like family, you'll discover many fruit trees within easy reach, allowing you to taste them at different times of the year and explore the surrounding area. Nearby places and other things to see: 40 meters from the house is La Carretera to the La Ermita Hotel, where you can enjoy a restaurant, pool, and all the hotel's services. 800 meters away, and if you want to walk, you can reach the center of Viñales in 6 or 8 minutes, where you'll enjoy a complex of shops and cafes (quickly), an agricultural market, polyclinics, a post office, a cultural center, a telecommunications office (ETECSA), a car rental office. You can find the park in the center of town, the church, several nightclubs such as the Polo Montañés Cultural Center, El Colonial, and much more.If you'd like to explore more tourist centers and experience several unique experiences, you can also visit El Palenque de los Cimarrones, about 6.5 km from the town center. You can enjoy a magnificent cave restaurant through which you can walk. At the bottom, you'll find examples of our Valley's aboriginal culture from the time of the Indians and the Spanish colony, as well as a complete explanation of its history to the present day. Several kilometers away is the Cueva del Indio Hotel, with a magnificent cave through which a river flows and which can be navigated by boat. You can appreciate several natural wonders related to the rock formations of the Viñales Valley at different stages of their formation, especially stalactites and stalacmites.In the opposite direction, you'll find the road to Santo Tomas Cave, about 17 km away. Along the same route, there's a woodcarver who has a beautiful collection of figures of all kinds and a wonderful garden worth visiting. You shouldn't miss it, with a wonderful view from a lookout point about 40 meters from his house. A different view of the Viñales Valley, although you'll first find it about 4 km away at the exit of the village. Then, heading right, you'll find the prehistoric mural, a monumental site worth visiting. In the village, you can access Wi-Fi and internet services, and Wi-Fi cards cost 120 CUP per hour at the ETECSA commercial office. How to get to the house? The house is located on the outskirts of the town center, an 8-minute walk from the town center, on the road to Hotel La Ermita, past the white bridge at the first entrance on the right (60 m from the bridge), and 40 m from the road. It features a blue wooden fence, a green gate, and a red roof. It is considered one of the best neighborhoods in Viñales for its quiet location, as well as for the exquisite services provided by all the neighborhood hosts.
