Easy commute to the hospitals!
Overview
We are a family of three adults. Our home is four bedrooms, two of which are unoccupied. We are about 20min from UT Medical Center, where I worked as a surgical technologist for ten years. This is a quiet neighborhood. We have a miniature schnauzer and two well behaved cats. I like to keep an organized, clean home. Our temporary tenant would have access to a furnished room and guest bathroom as well as some storage space in the other room. Of course the kitchen and laundry is also available any time. Parking would be on the driveway or street in front of the house. We are respectful and quiet and would like someone equally respectful of quiet hours.
House Rules
Be respectful of standard quiet hours and of others. Be considerate and treat our home with care. Clean up after yourself in the kitchen. Other than that, we are easy going. We've hosted an foreign exchange student in the past and felt it went really well. We do not allow our guest to have company over.
