Walking distance to Templeogue Village with frequent bus services routes 15 (24 hr route), 49 and 65b) via Terenure or Harold's Cross to downtown area. Bus route 75 will take you to Dun Laoghaire via Dundrum. The village has restaurants, coffee shop and a nice local pub. Rathfarnham Shopping Centre a 5 min walk away. Public swimming pools and gyms within walking distance. Lovely local parks close by and the Dublin Mountains in full view. Single room available with bathroom just beside. There is a large rear garden with patio to relax on. There is a separate living room for use downstairs and house has cable TV and broadband internet. Also suitable for long term student. Easy commute to Trinity College, RCSI, DIT and UCD. Host is Covid vaccinated.

Feel free to use kitchen but please clean up after ! Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please. Do not invite strangers into my home. Enjoy your stay.
