Easy Access Charming Studio
Overview
This private studio features a comfortable queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette—perfect for both short and extended stays. For added flexibility, a twin air mattress with bed linens is available. The space is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable visit, including: • Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board • Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of K-Cups • Electric tea kettle with a variety of teas • Brita water filter for fresh drinking water • Hot plate Whether you’re visiting for work or leisure, this studio provides a relaxing and well-appointed home base. The studio in the basement is vacant and ready to move in condition. My husband and I currently reside in the property, however, on the first floor.

- no smoking - no pets - no parties - please use ironing board and not bedsheets or covers to iron on top of -Please take out garbage to the designated receptacles - no additional guests can stay outside of original reservation unless discussed with host Please be advised that any broken or missing household items, including but not limited to cups, plates, and decor will incur a starting charge of $10+ usd or more per item. Damaged/ stained towels will incur an additional $20+ usd Damaged/ stained bed sheets will incur an additional $50+ usd
