East Village
Overview
Hi We are Louie and Madeline and we have a small, yet neat and clean room in a cozy, Manhattan apartment. We are located in the East Village, a short walk, bus, or subway ride from many NYC neighborhoods. There is an elevator in the building, though the apartment is on the second floor. There is a laundry room in the building as well. We are a friendly and easy going, empty-nester couple, who loves to travel, watch television series, and eat out. We are both employed in public schools and our expertise is children with special needs. Please note: No smoking. Wifi is provided. The room has a daybed, is air conditioned, and has a smart television, dresser and closet. We provide clean sheets and towels. Guests can pay using Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, or cash - upon arrival. If you must cancel, please give at least 24 hours notice. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is noon on weekends and at 4:00 pm on weekdays; however different arrangements can be made, as needed.
House Rules
Lights off before bedtime. Lights, AC, stove, etc. off, before leaving apartment. Wash used dishes and put them away. Clean up after yourself, after using the bathroom/shower. Maintain room clean and neat. Females: Do not flush sanitary napkins or tampons. Please wrap in toilet paper and place them in the bathroom trash can.
