House Rules
HOUSE RULES AND MANAGEMENT POLICIES In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your strict cooperation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and Dweller’s Pensione under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest: 1. CHECK-IN Check-In time is at 2:00pm. Please present your Identification Card upon Check-In. 2. NO SMOKING Smoking is not allowed inside Dweller’s Pensione especially inside the rooms. We have designated smoking areas. A fine of Php 1500 will be strictly implemented. 3. CHECK-OUT Check-Out time is at 12:00 noon. Please inform the reception if you wish to extend your stay before this time. Extension will be given depending on availability. On failure of the guest to vacate the room in due time, the management shall have the right to transfer the guest’s belongings from the room occupied. In addition, the hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the transfer. 4. VISITING HOURS All occupants of the rooms must be properly registered. Visitors are only allowed to stay in the hotel guest room until 9:00pm. If visitor with to stay beyond this time, they will be charged P100 accordingly for each extra person. 5. HOUSEKEEPING Housekeeping staff regularly conduct cleaning services. To avoid being disturbed, please inform the reception beforehand. Hotel management and staff reserve the right to check up on the guest at any given time. 6. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the pensione property caused by themselves, their guests or any person whom they are responsible. Guest will be charged accordingly for any loss or damage to pensione property including, but not limited to, towel and bed sheet satin, broken bathroom fixtures, hotel room amenities and appliance, etc. 7. COMPANY’S LIEN ON GUEST’S LUGGAGE & BELONGINGS In the case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the management shall have a lien on their luggage and belongings and be entitled to detail the same and to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the guest. 8. GUEST’S BELONGINGS Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out and going to bed, and to surrender the room key at the Front Desk each time when leaving the hotel. Only registered pensione guests may claim their room key. The Management will not in any way be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest’s belongings or property left inside the room or any other part of the pensione. Left and unclaimed items will be kept for a period of 30 days from the guest’s departure date. 9. PETS Pets are strictly not allowed in the pensione. 10. HAZARDOUS GOODS Bringing in or storing of any article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods/drugs and/or items of objectionable nature is prohibited. The guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, visitors, agents and staff for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may caused by such goods or as a result of the guest’s own negligence. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poison, drugs, animal and pungent food are strictly prohibited on pensione premises. 11. MANAGEMENT’S RIGHTS It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the pensione premises. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the pensione on account of acts or behavior prejudicial to the welfare and safety of other guests and staff.
