Payment is expected on the first day of arrival, this can be done via bank transfer, Revolut or in cash. A security deposit of half a months rent is due on arrival. If you choose not to pay this you agree to pay at the end of your stay for cleaning and/or damage to property, and any excess electricity usage - such as using radiators frequently or using large volumes of hot water (baths, frequent hot showers, using all the hot water in the property) as this drastically increases the monthly energy bill. No smoking in the rooms, smoking will incur a cleaning fee as the smell is difficult to get out. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
