Guests will have exclusive access to the private 5th-floor studio flat, which is thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. Lift access is available up to the 4th floor. From there, a dedicated staircase leads directly to the studio on the 5th floor. You’ll have full use of the bedroom, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful terrace connected to House No. E22, perfect for fresh air, morning tea, or quiet reflection. The flat is located in a safe, gated community with 24×7 security, ensuring peace of mind during your stay. Other Things to Note – Check-In Requirements For safety and a smooth check-in process, valid ID proof is mandatory for all guests. Indian nationals must provide a government-issued ID (Aadhaar or Driving License preferred). Foreign nationals must share a copy of their passport prior to arrival. House Rules Welcome to our home! We take pride in offering a peaceful, family-friendly environment. Please read the following rules carefully: Who Can Book Only families or solo travelers are allowed. We do not accept bookings from unmarried couples. A valid government photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in. Not Allowed No parties or events. No smoking inside the apartment. No loud music or disturbances—quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Timings Check-in: After 12 PM Check-out: By 10 AM Early or late check-ins are subject to availability and prior approval. Parking One vehicle allowed per booking. Parking only in the designated area. Visitor or additional parking is not guaranteed and subject to availability. Cleanliness Keep the premises clean. Any damage or excessive mess may result in extra charges. Community & Security The property is in a gated society with 24×7 security and CCTV monitoring. Guests must respect all community rules and decorum. Important Note: We reserve the right to cancel bookings at check-in if the guests do not comply with the above policies (especially regarding couple eligibility or ID proof). This is to maintain the safety, comfort, and peaceful environment of our homestay and society.
