DREAM Lab Art Loft
Overview
The DREAM Lab is a working Artist studio and private Art gallery located in Denver, CO. During your stay you will share a bright living room/gallery with 108" projection screen, a large dining room with 8-person table, a commercial kitchen with gas range and dishwasher, a utility room with smart washer and dryer, a movement room with yoga mats, and a secure outdoor courtyard. Each private bedroom is spacious and includes your own personal desk. Guests have their own beautifully tiled bathroom. The DREAM Lab is near both Washington Park and Platt Park. You will be nearby to urban adventures as well as bike trails and outdoor leisure activities. Conveniently located on South Broadway you are also a moment away from I-25 and the Broadway Light Rail Station. Quickly and easily explore Denver's Art Districts, take a day trip to Boulder, Colorado Springs, or any of the surrounding world-class mountain towns. House Rules
I require a reservation deposit of $250 which will be applied to your total. Please make sure to completely close the exterior door behind you when you enter and exit. Sometimes it can stick open. You are in an urban setting, please use proper judgement with your vehicles and belongings. Keep vehicles locked and valuable items either out of view or within the loft at all times. There are weight limits (200 lb.) on the suspended equipment in the movement room so please use at your own risk. If any items are broken during your stay please notify the host and leave on the cart by the entry door. Due to the value of the artwork, please do not touch without the artist present. Quiet hours are from 8pm-8am.
