My name is Yazz and I have double room available to homestay guests. Short or Long term let's. Must be ok to share with a teenage daughter and small cute dog. This is a home from home environment Yazz is 50 and enjoys hiking in the Peak District which is 30 minutes away and socialising. She speaks English Yazz has 1 child living at home and a small cute dog. The double room includes a shared bathroom. Kitchen, lounge and garden
House Rules
Bookings minimum 3 months + only. 1 months Deposit required with rent. References required. Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
