Double room in Madird center
Overview
The room is very spacious, with a balcony and wooden floors. It has a wardrobe, a double bed with a 140x200 memory foam mattress, memory foam pillows, shelves, a small sofa, a lift-up dining table and a desk. The balcony has a blind to isolate from outside light. Only the room is rented, without access to the living room but you can use the bathroom and kitchen, including all appliances. If you want to use the washing machine, you must put the clothes inside and notify the landlord so that he can program it. The clothes will be washed first thing the next day. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
House Rules
It's not allowed: - Pets. - Smoking (not on the balcony). - Light candles, sahumerios or any type of fire. Anyone accessing the accommodation must be previously registered through Homestay. In the case of reservations for two guests, the companion must be previously registered with Homestay and will be included at the time of reservation.
