Double Room Ensuite near UCD.
Overview
Beautiful spacious double bedroom with private ensuite bathroom and balcony. The room comes with a desk and chair for studying / office work. The kitchen is stocked with essentials and has an airfryer as well for easy meals. We have a Labrador so prospective stayers must be comfortable enough with that although interaction with the dog will be minimal.
House Rules
Prior notification required before a guest can bring a visitor into the apartment. Any such visitors cannot stay overnight. Noise levels should be reasonably low between 11pm and 6am. We have a pet Labrador who comes to stay with us from time to time so maybe in the apartment during a guests stay. Any interaction with the dog will be kept to the bare minimum and the host will be around to supervise the dog.
