Double En-suite in large Penthouse
Overview
We are a married couple in our 30’s, with a small friendly dog, a baby and a 2 year old. We have a Double en-suite available in a large penthouse apartment overlooking a river. Normal consumption of electricity is included in the room rental price however excessive use may incur additional costs. During term time we also include home cooked meals and food.
House Rules
Respect and communication Over 18s Once you have booked we require a €175 security deposit which is returned at the end of your stay providing everything is in order. If we cancel the booking we will return your security deposit in full. If you cancel the booking, a percentage of your deposit will be returned depending on how much notice you give us of your cancellation. 28 days or more = 100% 14-27 days = 50% Less than 13 days = 0%

A lovely bedroom with a double bed, a window looking out onto a balcony and an en-suite toilet with shower/bath. There is also a fold out table and chair and a kettle to make tea/coffee.
