The accomodation is only for rent mondays to fridays and is to be vacated each weekend. Perfect for a working professional, medical professional or a graduate student who travels home at the weekends. Shops, cafes, supermarket, pharmacies and all amenities a 5 min walk away. Crumlin hospital is only a short 10-minute walk from the property. Non-smoker preferred. Price includes all bills.
House Rules
Guests staying Monday to Friday have use of the kitchen and Laundry facilities. There is a no noise policy after 11pm. Maximmum of one shower per day. No guests permitted entry to the premises. All cooked food to be consumed in the shared dining room.
